Marvel and DC released trailers for their biggest blockbusters of the year, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and The Flash. With all the big trailers being released these past few years throughout the Super Bowl, this led to an online manifestation campaign for Marvel to also release the trailer for Secret Invasion during the major sporting event.

The anticipation for the upcoming Disney Plus series is high on Twitter, with hopes for the trailer’s release running rampant and why wouldn’t it? It is the Super Bowl after all. That is when trailers for big upcoming films tend to be released. While the first trailer dropped late last year, fans hope that Marvel would take the opportunity to release a second trailer during the football game in order to bring up hype for the upcoming series.

But it’s not just the show itself that’s got fans excited. One of the main reasons why people want the trailer to drop is due to speculation that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. character and Inhuman Daisy Johnson (played by Chloe Bennet), would appear in the series. As of writing, her name isn’t included on the show’s IMDB page but that didn’t stop fans from hoping that she would make an eventual return to the MCU canon.
