Donald Trump continues childish complaints about the judge assigned to his case

It's not looking too good for Mr. Trump if his comments on Judge Marchan are true, which they likely aren’t.

Former United States president Donald Trump appears to be shaking in his boots as he awaits his impending arrest next week, so much so that the 76-year-old is calling out the judge that has been appointed to his case.

As previously reported, a Manhattan grand jury indicted Trump on March 30 for his alleged acts in silencing Stormy Daniels, with whom he allegedly had an affair in the past. Trump is accused of paying $130,000 to the adult film star with the help of his former attorney, Michael Cohen, days before the 2016 presidential election.

According to The Guardian, the reason behind Trump’s indictment stems from the father of five’s organization falsely reporting that the monthly reimbursement payments he made to Cohen were for “legal expenses” as a “legal retainer” that was proven not to exist. A day after the news about his indictment, Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social to open up why he feels that the odds won’t be in his favor regarding this case by providing his followers with alleged information about Judge Juan Manuel Marchan.

In the post, the entrepreneur expressed that Judge Marchan, who was allegedly “handpicked” by Manhattan district attorney Alvin Bragg and the court’s prosecutors, caused his former CFO Allen Weisselberg to take a plea deal for a crime that he allegedly wasn’t guilty of by using “strong-armed” tactics. Trump stated,

“The Judge “assigned” to my Witch Hunt Case, a “Case” that has NEVER BEEN CHARGED BEFORE, HATES ME. His name is Juan Manuel Marchan, was hand picked by Bragg & the Prosecutors, & is the same person who “railroaded” my 75 year old former CFO, Allen Weisselberg, to take a “plea” deal (Plead GUILTY, even if you are not, 90 DAYS, fight us in Court, 10 years (life!) in jail. He strong armed Allen, which a judge is not allowed to do, & treated my companies, which didn’t “plead,” VICIOUSLY. APPEALING!”

Aside from Trump’s remarks, it is unclear if his claims about Judge Marchan are factual. Trump’s impending arrest is reportedly set to occur next week on April 4 in New York
