Yellowstone‘s success has expanded outside of the world of streaming. Centered around the Dutton family, led by patriarch John Dutton and their ownership of the largest contiguous ranch in the United States, this drama series, anchored by Kevin Costner, has garnered immense popularity for its exploration of themes such as family loyalty, corruption, land conservation, and the clash between traditional ways of life and modern society.

As the demand for more Yellowstone content continues to grow, allowing viewers to access the series with a simple touch of their fingertips, the show is currently celebrating its fifth season on the air, accompanied by its two sequels, 1883 and 1923. Despite Costner’s announcement of his departure, fans’ loyalty remains unwavering, even as the fifth and final season approaches. Although a bittersweet reunion, there is noticeable disappointment looming as users realize that Peacock has yet to make the series available for streaming. So, will it ever be available on the platform?

Good news, everyone. It appears that the fifth season of Yellowstone will finally be available on the streaming platform on May 25. After weeks of agonizing anticipation, Peacock has finally provided confirmation regarding the streaming of the series’ final season, with all eight episodes available to stream at the end of the month. But unfortunately, the remainder of the episodes will take their sweet time getting to the platform.

As the season will be split into two halves, the second part of season 5 will only air in November 2023. If the same pattern persists, Peacock will likely only receive the final episodes months after the series reached the general public. In the past, the seasons became available on Peacock merely a few weeks after the airing of the very last episode, but due to the streaming right debacle that had been following the series, it may just take a tad bit longer for the season to be fully available for streaming. after it airs.

In 2020, NBCUniversal secured the streaming rights to Yellowstone, enabling them to stream the series. Not long after, in 2021, Paramount Plus entered the streaming race, striking a deal with Philo, which allowed them the exclusive right to stream the fifth and final season before everyone else, including Peacock. So while the series will immediately be available to stream on Paramount Plus, users of Peacock will have to wait a bit longer for the show to be on their preferred platform.

For now, Peacock users will need to wait until May 25 to finally catch the first half of the final season. Unfortunately, the wait will prove to be slightly longer for the rest of the episodes.
