The 25-year-old star, who has appeared in hit shows like Euphoria, The Handmaid’s Tale, and Nocturne, walked the red carpet at the New York City premiere of her biopic Reality, where she spoke with Entertainment Tonight about her upcoming romantic comedy and recently filmed political drama.
“It was such a blast! I mean, Australia was such a beautiful place to film, and the cast and crew were so much fun. I’ve never laughed so much on a set before. I had a really good time. I was living my best life. I loved it.”
This confession only adds gasoline to the fire since the rumor mill has already gone crazy over the two actors. Will Gluck’s Anyone But You, billed as a contemporary retelling of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, centers on a couple who can’t seem to stay away from each other despite their many vacation mishaps, such as sinking boats and being attacked by giant spiders. The movie will hit theaters on December 15, 2023.
On the other hand, viewers can expect to see Reality, where Sweeney plays whistleblower and real-life political figure Reality Winner, on May 29.
