Situated only one hour north of Manhattan in an enclave of Westchester County, Gere’s new family residence is a massive 9,000 square feet. But that wasn’t enough space for his and his family’s needs. Gere bought a vacant neighboring property for $700,000, expanding their ownership to an enormous 35 acres.
Before this, the villain of Arbitrage lived in a massive, 11,600 square foot mansion in Pound Ridge (also in Westchester County, New York) for over twenty years. That property is now listed at $28 million.
