Is Chris Pratt finally going to get a vacation? The rising star recently toplined Guardians of the Galaxy, which has rocketed to the top of the box office and cemented its place among the finest superhero outings from Marvel, and now we’ve learned that his next big blockbuster, Jurassic World, has finished shooting.
News of the wrap came via director Colin Trevorrow himself, who posted the following image to Twitter:

Of course, Pratt has his final season as Andy Dwyer on NBC’s beloved mockumentary series Parks and Recreation on the way, and he’s been rumored as the lead for an upcoming Knight Rider film, but outside of those two parts, the guy might finally get some much deserved time off.
Sadly, Trevorrow will not. Just because Jurassic World hasn’t finished filming, that doesn’t mean anyone involved with the digital post-production work can rest easy. For a massive title like this one, that type of work is expected to fill all the months leading up to Jurassic World‘s arrival in June of next year.
Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Nick Robinson, Ty Simpkins, Judy Greer, Jake Johnson, Omar Sy, Vincent D’Onofrio, Irrfan Khan and BD Wong all star in Jurassic World, which will open in theaters on June 12th, 2015.
