The Collector’s Edition/Special Edition release of a highly anticipated videogame is basically a foregone conclusion these days, so it’s not surprising that Mortal Kombat X is coming in a variety of flavors. When the latest iteration of the brawler launches on April 14, gamers will have four different limited editions to choose from, in addition to the regular base game.
Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has now officially revealed what will be included in each of these, sigh, Kollector’s Editions. Each of these editions are now available for pre-order at participating retailers in North America. As previously announced, all of those who pre-order Mortal Kombat X will receive the legendary Goro as a playable character.

Even as someone who tends to ignore Limited Edition releases, I have to admit, I’m pretty impressed by the Scorpion statue set that’s going to be included here. I think this is also the first time we have heard about The Kombat Pack, which seems like your usual Season Pass nonsense. It will be interesting to see what fighters are included in the pack.
