The musical output of EDM mastermind deadmau5 has been relatively quiet in the last year following his most recent full length release, 2014’s While 1<2, with construction underway on a new studio set-up for the popular Canadian producer. The temporary hiatus on new material from the mau5 seems to be coming to an end, however, after he took to Twitter and Instagram to give fans the first look into his recently finished work space.

In a video posted to Instagram, deadmau5 gives us a glimpse into the studio from which his future projects will flow, giving fans an unprecedented tour of the new space. While deadmau5 had previously shared images of blueprint designs for his studio, this is the first inside look we’ve gotten since he started teasing the ambitious construction project.
Never one to disappoint, deadmau5 also gave his fans the chance to hear his new audio setup in action, previewing one of his trademark analog synth sequences blaring through the speakers.
Given the updates, it’s safe to say fans can expect a lot of new music coming from deadmau5 in the near future.
