Modern Warfare Creators Prepare To Take Activision To Court

The confusing controversy of ex-Infinity Ward bosses Jason West and Vince Zampella squaring off with the Call Of Duty publishers last year has once again sprung back into life. Reports are suggesting that the LA Superior Court judge ruled earlier this week that West and Zampella (now starting up a new studio for EA called Respawn...word is they are creating a sci-fi FPS) have sufficient evidence to back up claims of fraud and once again take Activision to court sometime next year.

We’ll spare you the details of the fall out last March but basically it seems that the ex-Infinity Ward bosses aren’t going to be giving up any time soon. I guess we’ll have to wait and see how all this turns out, but it will be interesting to see the outcome of all of this and see who ends up coming out on top.
