Marshmello Takes On Galantis With “No Money” Remix

During a performance at Billboard Hot 100 Festival, Marshmello debuted his unreleased remix of Galantis' recent single "No Money," sharing the stage with the Swedish duo themselves. It's the second time a major DJ has dropped an unheard rework of the tune in the last couple of weeks, following up on the premiere of Skrillex's remix at Summer Set Music Festival.

During a performance at Billboard Hot 100 Festival, Marshmello debuted his unreleased remix of Galantis’ recent single “No Money,” sharing the stage with the Swedish duo themselves. It’s the second time a major DJ has dropped an unheard rework of the tune in the last couple of weeks, following up on the premiere of Skrillex’s remix at Summer Set Music Festival.

The live clip of Marshmello’s take only gives us a sixteen second teaser of what the sugary producer has been cooking up, but it sounds like he has another lighthearted future bass anthem on his hands. The catchy melody from the original track has been transformed into a classic mello lead, layered over upbeat trap rhythms that converge to create an undeniable dancefloor appeal.

As usual, we’re left wondering when and if Marshmello’s remix will see an official release, but from what we’ve heard so far it’s definitely worthy of one.
