Batwoman‘s coming, folks.
The Gotham City heroine is set to make her live-action debut this December when The CW premieres its latest annual Arrowverse crossover event. Titled “Elseworlds,” it’ll bring together The Flash, Arrow and Supergirl for an adventure that’ll also introduce Ruby Rose as Kate Kane, the newest superhero on the block, ahead of her own spinoff series debuting next year.
Rose is poised to be the next big superhero TV star, then, and finally, we’re starting to get a few photos of her in full costume. A few days back, we saw a great shot of her and Melissa Benoist on set of the crossover and now, we’ve got another. This one was shared by Arrow producer and director James Bamford and as you can see in the gallery down below, it shows off Rose’s Batwoman suit in all its glory.
While we may not know all the details about the next major Arrowverse crossover just yet, you could certainly say that the puzzle is coming together in the most fantastic of ways. I mean, aside from the aforementioned Kate Kane, we’ll also get to see Barry Allen and Oliver Queen trade places as the Flash and Green Arrow and Tyler Hoechlin donning a black Superman costume. Not to mention that all signs point toward Doctor Destiny being the main antagonist.
And if that isn’t enough to get you stoked, well, then what kind of fan are you? Seriously, The CW looks to be making this year’s event one of the biggest and best yet and it all begins on Sunday, December 9 with The Flash, continues on Monday, December 10 with Arrow, and wraps up on Tuesday, December 11 with Supergirl.
