Not long ago, we got our first set photos of Tim Burton’s next film, a remake of 1960’s Gothic television series, Dark Shadows. Shortly after we saw the first official photo of the film, and now we’re back to some new set photos.
These new photos depict director Tim Burton working with Johnny Depp in one photo and Michelle Pfeiffer and Jonny Lee Miller in the other one.
Dark Shadows has been filming since May, but has been in the minds of Depp and Burton for more than five years, so you can imagine the anticipation surrounding this one. Knowing Depp and Burton though, I’m sure they will deliver. It has also been reported that the film being set 1972, was a key point for Depp and Burton.
Dark Shadows is directed by Tim Burton and stars Johnny Depp, Eva Green, Helena Bonham Carter, Jackie Earle Haley, Chloe Moretz, Michelle Pfeiffer, Jonny Lee Miller, Gulliver McGrath and Bella Heathcote, and is set for release on May 11th, 2012.
