Season two of the popular anime Jujutsu Kaisen is about to drop, and fans could not be more excited. The anime released its first season in October 2020 in Japan and hit Crunchyroll a month later. However, the second season will have no such gap and will be released in Japan and other countries simultaneously.
Jujutsu Kaisen is a manga written and illustrated by Gege Akutami (a pen name as their real name and gender are a mystery) that was serialized in 2018, and it was then adapted for anime a few years later, which gained a global following. The manga has sold over 80 million copies this month, making it one of the bestselling manga of all time. The anime itself has also been a hit, winning Anime of the Year at the 5th Crunchyroll Anime Awards after becoming the second-most-watched anime on the platform in 2020. Then there was the prequel film Jujutsu Kaisen 0, which was also a massive hit.
With almost over a two-year gap between the end of season one and the start of season two, fans are chomping at the bit for more. Now it is finally here, less than 24 hours away Jujutsu Kaisen season two will land on Crunchyroll and Netflix, and here are the exact times:

Crunchyroll better be prepared, as we can imagine the website will be overwhelmed with people joining to watch the anime. In the past, the website has encountered problems on highly anticipated anime release days, with an overwhelming number of visitors causing the site to become overloaded, as was the case with the third season of Demon Slayer and the arrival of Chainsaw Man.
The second season of Jujutsu Kaisen will take us back to Jujutsu High as well as give us some more background on certain characters. The season is set to start with the Gojo Past arc, adapted from the manga, which will provide us with a little more understanding of the history between Geto Suguru and Satoru Gojo. There will be a brief break, perhaps a look back, before jumping into the Shibuya Incident arc.
So not long to wait at all now! So hop onto Crunchyroll or Netflix from wherever you are in the world at the above time to watch the second season of one of the most popular anime of the current decade, Jujutsu Kaisen.
