There were plenty of celebrities at the Wimbledon final this year, although a picture of Brad Pitt sitting in the crowd has many convinced that he’s an actual immortal vampire.
Perhaps Interview with the Vampire wasn’t a fictional film after all, as the 59-year-old actor hardly looks to be in his forties. A tweet shared by BBC Sport showed the actor sitting in the stands. It also gave some pretty wild context regarding Pitt’s age and the ages of the two finalists he was watching compete.
Novak Djokovic is 36 years old whilst Carlos Alcaraz is only 20, giving them a combined age of 56. Alcaraz ultimately took home the trophy this year, making it his second Grand Slam win compared to Djokovic’s record of 23. It also makes Alcaraz one of the youngest champions since Wimbledon began back in 1877, although Brad Pitt should know, he was probably there.
Fans were naturally pretty shocked to learn of the Bullet Train star’s actual age. It’s safe to say that many are still enamored with the ’90s heartthrob.
“And yet still so handsome and genuinely lovely”
“And the point of this article is what? I could look at him all day. But tennis? Nah.”
Someone even managed to sneak in a Friends reference.
“Just as phoebe said “thank you God””
Some attributed his fine looks to simply having lots of money and access to surgery to improve his looks.
“Sure, plastic surgery and hair dye go a long way…”
“Ah but he’s had work done.”
The first rule of having a facelift is that you don’t talk about the facelift. Anyways. much like Tom Cruise, both seem impervious to aging. Is it a coincidence they both played vampires? Maybe. Either way, they’ve got nothing on Paul Rudd.
