The holiday vibe hits best in the magical world of Disney, and this year Disney’s Jollywood Nights will mark the year’s best holiday event. Prior to Christmas, Walt Disney World has officially unveiled the first look of their ethereal 10-night holiday getaway event at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. The announcement came with confirmed dates, ticket prices, and all the planned arrangements for guests to enjoy Christmas 2023. The studio has prepared to present the most glitzy and nostalgic holiday event, complete with shimmering decorations, traditional holiday music, and specialty cocktails.
When will Disney’s Jollywood Nights take place?
Disney’s Jollywood Nights will be a limited-capacity holiday event that will run from 8:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. on 10 select nights this Christmas season between Nov. 11 to Dec. 20, 2023. Ticket prices will range from $159 – $179 per person. Free digital copies of Disney PhotoPass images taken at the event are included with the event ticket. The exact party dates as announced on Disney Park’s official website are November 11,18, 20, 27, 29, and December 4, 6,16,18, 20. Guests will be welcomed to Disney Jollywood Nights with a “DJ spinning a mix of holiday tunes.”
The event will also include two “limited-capacity entertainment experiences”; a jazz lounge at The Hollywood Brown Derby and an other-worldly soiree at The Hollywood Tower Hotel Courtyard. The evening will come to a close with the holiday classic “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” as well as beautiful fireworks, special effects, and eye-catching, cutting-edge projections.
To make the experience more joyful for attendees, Disney has announced that guests can save up to 25% on rooms at certain Disney Resort hotels for stays between the autumn and winter season. Additionally, Disney Plus customers now have access to discounts of up to 35% on accommodations at specific Disney Resort hotels during certain nights this Christmas season.
Delicacies, rides, and photo opportunities at Disney’s Jollywood Nights
Specialty foods will be served throughout the celebration to satisfy the attendees’ appetites. The delicacies will include dishes like Spicy Korean Chicken on a Mini Funnel Cake, sweet treats like a festive Christmas Tree Cookie Stack that was inspired by the famous Echo Lake Christmas Tree, and traditional cocktails and seasonal drinks.
Guests will also be able to enjoy after-hours access to some of the most popular rides like Slinky Dog Dash, Rock N’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, and more.
To stoke nostalgia, Disney has organized a unique photo opportunity with Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and the rest of the crew at Animation Courtyard on a hot set with seasonal props. At Echo Lake, visitors can run into Powerline Max and Phineas and Ferb, and they can pose for photos with Edna Mode and hang out with one of her super buddies at Pixar Place.
To make the most of this holiday season, Disney will also bring back everyone’s favorite holiday tradition, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party to Magic Kingdom Park, and a Frozen-inspired entertainment experience. Read more about the events here.
