3) The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Although all the signs point towards a remastered version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim being announced during Bethesda’s E3 Press Conference, nothing has been made official or set in stone as of yet, which is why this gem has made it onto our list.
Despite being several years old now, Skyrim continues to be a fan favourite and gets many hours’ worth of playtime to this day. It’s all for good reason, of course, given how great the game was and continues to be, despite its woes on PlayStation hardware. Just thinking of an improved, updated and prettier version of the thing makes our mouths salivate, too, as it’s a perfect candidate for the remaster treatment.
Skyrim is a huge game, with lots to offer, and re-releasing it with improved bells and whistles would help offset the wait for the series’ next entry. If released during the summer, it would also give us an excuse to stay in and enjoy air conditioning, or at least avoid getting sunburned.
