The driving force behind the Alien film series was undoubtedly tension. Sure, its best entries featured great performances from good actors, which created memorable character studies amidst chaos, but a developed threat of the unknown was responsible for almost all of the movies’ most memorable parts. Aliens: Colonial Marines will make us fear dark rooms and radar screens starting on February 12, 2013.
