Say what you like about Team Meat, but they know how to look on the bright side of things. While the original plan to bring The Binding of Isaac to the 3DS fell through, the boys have already started deliberating on pitching it to Sony. Edward McMillen has said Team Meat and its publisher are looking at bringing Isaac to “1-2 Sony platforms,” if it’s deemed worth pursuing.

McMillen has already tweeted that they’re ok with Nintendo’s decision and that it hasn’t soured their working relations, but I can’t help but feel a bit dismayed. The Binding Of Isaac seems to be a natural fit for the 3DS as it’s essentially a twisted homage to The Legend of Zelda, but I suppose I could settle for a Vita port if I had to.
