Earlier today, Treyarch dropped the official story trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops III, giving us a good look at the dark and gritty future that we’re about to enter into when the game launches this November.
Said to be the most ambitious single player campaign that the studio has ever attempted, the plot will place you into a world where “lines between humanity and military technology have been blurred and you must navigate the hot spots of a new Cold War to find your missing brothers.”
Making things even more exciting is several interesting features, some of which we’ve never seen before with a Call of Duty campaign. For one, you’ll be able to fully customize your character and play up to 4 player co-op. There will also be full progression systems and the entire thing has been designed to be a “replayable and evolving experience.”
More information is said to be coming soon in regards to what we can expect with the single player portion of the game, but it certainly sounds like Treyarch is cooking up some pretty exciting stuff here.
Call of Duty: Black Ops III storms onto consoles on November 6th. Check out the story trailer above and let us know if you’ll be picking up the game when it launches in just over a month.
