Activision and Infinity Ward announced today that they will reveal the multiplayer mode for Call of Duty: Ghosts at a special live event in Los Angeles on Wednesday, August 14th at 10:30am Pacific. CoD fans looking to check out the debut will be able to do so via a live stream on Xbox Live or on the game’s official website.
Currently, details on Call of Duty: Ghosts‘ multiplayer are pretty much nonexistent, however, players can expect the setting to follow the game’s main story mode. From what we know about the title so far, this would mean that the levels will largely be based in the United States ten years after a catastrophic event has reduced the nation to non-superpower status.
We will keep an eye on the Call of Duty: Ghosts live multiplayer reveal on August 14th, and report all the details as they are announced. In the meantime, let us know in the comments what new features and multiplayer modes you want to see added to this year’s CoD.
