Activision has yet to officially reveal the special editions for Call of Duty: Ghosts, however, we may have received a sneak peek at the contents in both the Hardened and Prestige SKUs thanks to two supposedly leaked images.
Slightly blurry promotional images for the Hardened and Prestige editions of Call of Duty: Ghosts popped up on NeoGAF earlier today. Neither image has been confirmed by Activision or Infinity Ward, so consider them both as a rumor until something official is announced. With that said, both pictures appear to be authentic and the contents are in keeping with past Call of Duty premium offerings. Basically, do not be surprised if these turn out to be the real deal.
As for what is inside the special editions of Call of Duty: Ghosts, the image of the Hardened Edition includes the following contents:
- A copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts
- Collectible Steel Book
- Season Pass to 4 DLC Map Packs and a bonus Team Leader Digital Pack
- Paracord Strap bracelet
- Free Fall Dynamic Bonus Map
- Bonus Collector’s Edition Digital Content; Player Patch, Player Card, Player Background, Official Soundtrack
The image of the Prestige Edition reveals all the same contents in the Hardened Edition, plus a 1080p HD Tactical Camera with a case.
Neither of the pictures mentions the price point for the Hardened and Prestige editions, but it is reasonable to expect something around $90 and $150, respectively.
We will keep an eye out for any official conformation from Activision on the supposed leaked Call of Duty: Ghosts Hardened and Prestige images and will update this post with any new details.
