6 Secrets And Easter Eggs You Might Have Missed In Destiny 2

References, hidden areas, in-jokes and puzzles: just like the original Destiny, they're all here, present and accounted for, silently waiting for just one inquisitive Guardian to stumble upon them and let the world know of their discovery. So far, no head-scratching conundrums on the same scale of Rise of Iron's raid Exotic quest have been unearthed or deciphered - give it time, Destiny 2's still in its infancy - but the more inquisitive Guardians among us have certainly gotten off to a good start.

2) Hidden Tower Room

One of Destiny 2‘s most well hidden and interesting secrets is the ‘Daito’ room in the new Tower. In order to reach the secluded conference suite, you’ll need to take a trip to the hangar area and head over to where Cayde-6 is standing. From there, take the flight of stairs behind him up into the gantries and head all the way around until you spot a seemingly inaccessible balcony across from you.

In order to get across, you’ll want to orient your Guardian so they’re lined up with the ventilation shafts connecting the two platforms and use them as a stepping stone. If you’re having trouble making the jump, the speed and height boost gained from successfully completing the Floor is Lava game can make the crossing easier, but it’s by no means necessary. Either way, once you’ve made it across, carefully navigate across the rafters and head through the vent on the right-hand side of the wall to access the room.

There are a few points of interest to take note of once inside, chief of which is a notepad on the table that can be interacted with. Upon doing so, Ghost will make mention of one Ana Bray, a legendary Hunter that, given her surname, likely had connections with Clovis Bray, the exoscience institution responsible for creating SIVA. A handful of functioning screens adorned with the word Daito are also present, though what meaning, if any, the phrase has is anyone’s guess.

As of now, it’s not entirely clear if the room is meant to serve any purpose beyond providing some hidden tidbits of lore, but as with all secrets present in Destiny‘s universe, it’s worth revisiting now and again, just in case.
