Neither Sony or thatgamecompany have announced that Flower is being ported to the PS Vita, so this should be taken with a grain of slat until confirmed. With that said, Flow (their first title released for the PS3 in 2007) was later ported to the PSP, so there is precedent for one of their console games making the transition to a Sony handheld.
Also, and this is a bit of speculation on our part, if Flower does get ported to the Vita it is a good bet that we might also see a portable version of Journey at some point in the future. So, fingers crossed.
We will keep an eye out for any official confirmation from Sony of the Vita port of Flower, and update this post accordingly.
