Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition is now available for Windows 10 via the Xbox Play Anywhere program, Microsoft and Iron Galaxy have announced. Previously only available on Xbox One, the Definitive Edition includes all content introduced to the beat ’em up since the original vanilla release back in 2013. And then some.
All characters, stages, behind-the-scenes videos detailing the history of the franchise and artwork feature in the bumper package, as well as Killer Instinct Classic 1 & 2, “the faithful recreation of the arcade originals,” so says the blog post on Xbox Wire.

Signing off, Killer Instinct Sr. Marketing Manager Nicole Fawcette says that Iron Galaxy isn’t done with the fighter just yet. “We also want to let Killer Instinct players know that we’re not done yet – we’ve got some awesome surprises in sore for fans soon,” says Fawcette, perhaps hinting at a potential fourth season for 2017.
