Here’s MachineGames’ Badass Wolfenstein: The New Order Launch Trailer

We're just days away from another battle with the Nazis, and this one is sure to be unique. That's because, not only does the campaign in question take place more than a decade after World War II officially ended, it also includes robotic creations in the form of dogs and mechanical soldiers. And, if I say so myself, it looks like a great deal of campy fun.

We’re just days away from another battle with the Nazis, and this one is sure to be unique. That’s because, not only does the campaign in question take place more than a decade after World War II officially ended, but it also includes robotic creations in the form of dogs and mechanical soldiers. And, if I say so myself, it looks like a great deal of campy fun.

The soon-to-be-released game that is referenced above is, of course, Wolfenstein: The New Order, MachineGames’ take on the classic franchise that helped birth the first-person shooter genre many moons ago. It’s getting set for launch this Tuesday, and has now received its obligatory launch trailer. Said video — which falls in well with its predecessors — is yet another bloody, campy and all-around fun visual experience, which expertly mixes music with cutscene content and gameplay action. In fact, you’ll likely recognize the perfectly-suited music, as the two included songs seem to be German language covers of popular English classic rock songs.

Check out the trailer below and be sure to stay tuned for our detailed review of Wolfenstein: The New Order, which will be published next week.
