Interestingly, it recently emerged that an early copy of the space-faring adventure had been sold on eBay for $1,300, a price well over the recommended retail price. The lucky winner of the auction has proceeded to post early gameplay details through various channels, prompting Hello Games head Sean Murray to ask fans not to spoil the experience for themselves via Twitter.
We’ve spent years filling No Man’s Sky with surprises. You've spent years waiting. Please don't spoil it for yourself 🙁
