Due to drop on September 8 across consoles and PC, EA Sports has today detailed the contents we can expect in the upcoming demo for FIFA 16, as budding fans look to get an early glimpse into the latest edition of the beautiful game.
Much like the final build, the vertical slice will feature Kick-Off, a game mode that allows players to jump into the action right off the bat, and it’s understood that those on PC, PS4 or Xbox One will be dropped into the thick of one of soccer’s finest fixtures: El Clasico. Mind you, Real Madrid and Barcelona aren’t the only two teams available on this limited roster; indeed the full line-up will encompass 10 club teams and two women’s teams.
Here’s the full list per EA:
FC Barcelona
Borussia Dortmund
Borussia Mönchengladbach
Chelsea FC
Inter Milan
Manchester City
Paris Saint-Germain
Real Madrid CF
River Plate
Seattle Sounders
Beyond that, there’s also an early introduction to the FIFA Ultimate Team Draft, a game mode that allows you to manage and select the best 11 you can dream up before trotting onto the field for an offline match. There’s also the new-fangled FIFA trainer along with half a dozen new skill games that will put you through your paces while a match loads in the background.
Moreover, for the first time in the franchise’s history, FIFA 16 will feature female national teams, including the likes of USA, Australia, Brazil, England, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico and Spain.
Get an early taste of the beautiful game when EA Sports launches the FIFA 16 demo across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC on September 8. The full package, meanwhile, will release on September 22.
