The gifts just keep on coming with PlayStation Plus. In addition to recently announced free-to-download titles for the services such as Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Saints Row: The Third, three additional titles, two of which were made by Sony themselves, have been added to next week’s PlayStation Network release schedule.
Next week’s June 11 update will include Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, and LittleBigPlanet Karting as free downloads for anyone who has subscribed to Sony’s premium service. In addition, Deus Ex, Saints Row, and Machinarium are still planned for an unannounced release in the following weeks of June, with the Vita getting Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward and God Eater Burst sometime as well.
It should be noted that three titles that have been available for free download for quite a while on PlayStation Plus, namely LittleBigPlanet 2, inFAMOUS 2, and Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, will no longer be available as part of PlayStation Plus starting next week for those who haven’t downloaded them already. However, if players subscribed to the service have downloaded any of these games in the past, they will continue to be available in your account’s download history, so long as the your subscription hasn’t run out.
June looks to be quite the deal for PlayStation Plus members, and if last year’s E3 conference was any indication, there are likely more announcements for the service on the way. As always, we will keep you updated on the service as news develops.
