10) Michael Rooker
Michael Rooker may already be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but if his contract will allow it, an appearance as Cable in the Deadpool sequel would be a lot of fun.
For starters, we’d be seeing him play against type (Nathan Summers is far from the redneck type characters Rooker has played in The Walking Dead and Guardians of the Galaxy), while the fact that he’s also very funny would definitely be a bonus.
Of course, Cable is likely going to be taking on a Colossus-like role as the straight man to Ryan Reynolds’ wacky Wade Wilson, but if the studio is keen on someone who also has some solid comedic timing, then Rooker definitely fits the bill.
