4) Loki
Then again, if Thanos is to kill an Asgardian to prove how dangerous he is, then why not take down the franchise’s former central villain: Loki? What better way could there be to show he means business than to kill the man who previously brought the Avengers to their knees?
Tom Hiddleston currently has three films left on his contract: one of those is Thor: Ragnarok and you can bet that the other two are Avengers: Infinity War and its sequel. What’s the betting that Loki teams up with the Avengers to help defeat his former boss? Then, just when he’s earned himself a smidgen of redemption, he’s murdered by the Mad Titan.
To lose everyone’s favourite Marvel movie villain like this would be a tragic yet terrific way to go for the character and would act as a worthy final bow for Tom Hiddleston in the franchise.
