If there’s been one major problem with the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s big bad Thanos so far, it’s that he’s not very proactive. In fact, his decision to utilize the likes of Loki and Ronan the Accuser as pawns has meant that he’s let a number of Infinity Stones slip from his grasp, and it’s that which makes Avengers: Age of Ultron‘s mid-credits scene so satisfying.
Wielding the Infinity Gauntlet for the first time on the big screen, Thanos makes his intentions clear with a single line of dialogue, and now, anticipation to see him wage war on Earth’s Mightiest Heroes (and the Guardians of the Galaxy) is at an all-time high as we approach the two-part Avengers: Infinity War.
