Dr_Charisma took to the r/MarvelStudios subreddit to share an intriguing concept. They proposed that the upcoming film flex its multiversal muscles and show Kang The Conqueror defeating The Avengers in an alternate continuity before he enters the Earth 616 universe to faceoff with the original Avengers. They even posted a panel with actors passed over for roles like Pedro Pascal, Channing Tatum, Joaquin Phoenix, Alexander Skarsgard, Saoirse Ronan, and Timothée Chalamet.

Some fans responded to the post with disdain, pointing out that their idea was reminiscent of another Marvel movie. Gepreto didn’t mince words and called out the similarities between OP’s concept and Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness.

While the absurd can make things seem ridiculous, it can also make them extraordinary. Time will tell if Marvel plans to continue using the alternative superhero concept from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in other films. If so, chances are they’ll think of a way to make it phenomenal.
