It’s arguably the biggest movie of 2018 – certainly in terms of scale and scope – so it should come as no surprise that Avengers: Infinity War and its star-studded ensemble have been plastered onto everything from lunchboxes to roadside billboards. And now, we have some MCU-themed glassware to add to the growing collection.
First spotted by Reddit, the following image features some new promo art of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes divided into a series of factions. They make sense, too, as we see Captain America and Falcon paired with the man formerly known as the Winter Soldier, Bucky Barnes, while another tumbler rounds up the Guardians of the Galaxy.
Elsewhere we have Iron Man and War Machine, who are placed alongside a familiar looking Hulkbuster in a particularly striking piece of promo art. Rumor has it that Tony Stark’s super-sized WMD will fall into the hands of Bruce Banner, and that he’ll use the Mark XLIV suit – a suit he helped create – as a means of traveling to Wakanda at its most desperate hour.
Thanos and his nefarious Black Order are at the gates, and they’ve come to retrieve the Mind Stone – presumably at the expense of Vision.
Yes, it would seem Paul Bettany’s android is a ticking time bomb, considering he’s literally walking around with a big yellow target on his head. Then again, while Infinity War‘s teaser trailer placed Vision in a spot of bother, Bettany has since been confirmed for the so-far untitled Avengers 4, which, if nothing else, tells us that he’ll partake in Joe and Anthony Russo’s Infinity War and live to tell the tale.
Nevertheless, we’ll be bringing you all the latest intel from the Marvel camp as we approach Avengers: Infinity War. April 27th is the date for your diaries.
