Amid all the hype and infectious excitement generated by Entertainment Weekly’s ongoing coverage of Avengers: Infinity War, one question remains: when can we expect that full-length trailer to drop?
A full-blown cover story, coupled with all of the many star-studded photos of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes in action, leads us to believe that a trailer reveal is imminent. And ComicBook.com may well have confirmed our suspicions.
According to the outlet, Disney lifted the lid on Infinity War‘s new (and perhaps final?) trailer during an investor meeting that was held in the company’s headquarters in Houston, Texas earlier this morning.
So far, there hasn’t been any evidence of an untimely leak. And perhaps that’s a blessing in disguise, as with less than 50 days to go until Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters, the Powers That Be over at Marvel Studios will be taking every precaution necessary in order to safeguard the script penned by Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus. Not unlike how Wakanda has rallied behind Paul Bettany’s Vision.
But the mere fact that the Mouse House has already shown Infinity War‘s latest promo behind closed doors tells us that that same footage ought to be released publicly sometime next week – if not a little earlier.
Then again, perhaps it’s wise to curb our excitement, as Trailer Track has spotted some new intel on Twitter that suggests Disney simply showcased an extended clip from Avengers: Infinity War, not the much-anticipated trailer.

That preview was purportedly rolled out alongside new looks at The Incredibles 2, Solo: A Star Wars Story and Mary Poppins Returns. Which, if nothing else, serves as a welcome reminder that Disney’s 2018 slate has a little something for everyone. And comic book movie fans across the globe will be treated to Avengers: Infinity War on April 27th.
