At long last, the veil of secrecy on Christopher Nolan's next movie has been lifted, with the title and full cast finally having been revealed.

While Warner Bros. is keeping pretty tight-lipped about whatever Christopher Nolan’s next movie is going to be, it seems that they’re now ready to share at least a few tidbits.

Deadline’s reporting today that the project will be titled Tenet, and though plot details remain basically non-existent, we do have the full cast list to pore over. To begin with, we know that John David Washington is on board, while joining him will be none other than Robert Pattinson.

Though the latter star first found fame thanks to his work in the Twilight and Harry Potter films, he’s since shifted gears, building up some serious indie cred as of late after collaborating with esteemed directors like David Cronenberg (Cosmopolis, Maps to the Stars), James Gray (The Lost City of Z), the Safdie Brothers (Good Time) and Claire Denis (High Life). Not to mention he also may be our next Batman.

Aside from those two, though, Nolan has also recruited Michael Caine, Dunkirk‘s Kenneth Branagh, Dimple Kapadia, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Debicki and Clémence Poésy. They’ll all come together for what’s being described as “an action epic evolving around the world of international espionage.” Nothing else regarding the story was revealed, but that logline’s certainly enough to get us excited, and has us thinking this may be Nolan’s take on James Bond.

Whatever it is he’s cooking up, though, we’re surely in for something special. In fact, speaking about the film a while back, Pattinson teased that it’s going to be unreal.

“I got locked in a room to read the script – I don’t have it myself,” the actor said. “I’ve been a little wary of doing big movies for years and years, but there’s just something about Chris Nolan’s stuff. He seems like the only director now who can do what is essentially a very personal, independent movie that has huge scale. I read the script and it’s unreal.”

With the first details for Tenet now out in the wild, we imagine it won’t be too much longer before Warner Bros. reveals more, but until they do, tell us, are you looking forward to Christopher Nolan’s next movie? Be sure to let us know in the usual place down below.
