The 75% off promo coincides with the announcement from the streamer that it will raise the price for its Premium subscription (no ads) from $10.99 to $13.99 by Oct. 12, just in time for the second season of Loki. The announcement resulted in many subscribers threatening to leave the platform entirely, so it goes without saying that this bargain deal comes at the perfect time.

Where to sign up for the $1.99 Disney Plus deal
To get three months of Disney Plus for only $1.99 per month, you simply sign up on the streamer’s website. The deal is for the Disney Plus Basic tier (with ads) and begins on Wednesday, Sept. 6.
However, it’s important to note that the offer is only for new and returning subscribers. If you already have an active Disney Plus subscription, you will not be able to get this offer and will be charged your regular rate.
The subscription will auto-renew at the end of the three months for $7.99 per month or until canceled. You have to manually cancel your subscription if you don’t want to pay the regular rate after three months.
How long will the deal last?
The good news is you don’t have to act quickly if you need to mull things over before signing up for this promotional deal. You have two full weeks to make a decision. The deal runs from Sept. 6 to Sept. 20.
