The much-loved 2014 action flick John Wick is gearing up for a sequel in 2017, dubbed John Wick: Chapter Two, and a few lucky people roaming the floor of CinemaCon have glimpsed the film’s first promo poster in Las Vegas (seen below)
As far as sequel posters go, it’s pretty ordinary, with Keanu Reeves’ title character strutting ahead in front of a giant number 2 in the background. Although it’s hard to see, those at CinemaCon confirmed that the poster’s tagline reads, “It Ain’t Over ‘Till It’s Over.” So, yeah, I’m guessing he’s back.
[zergpaid]The plot of John Wick: Chapter Two finds the assassin yet again forced out of retirement when one of his old associates tries to gain control of an international assassin’s guild. The setting will switch to Rome for part two, but the first film’s massive body count will probably be kept intact.
