The official movie poster one-sheet has been released by Summit Entertainment for upcoming swashbuckling adventure pic The Three Musketeers. Directed by Paul W.S. Anderson (Resident Evil), this reboot hits theaters on October 14th.
The official synopsis is as follows:
The hot-headed young D’Artagnan (Logan Lerman) joins forces with three rogue Musketeers (Matthew MacFadyen, Luke Evans and Ray Stevenson) in this reboot of Alexandre Dumas’ story. They must stop the evil Richlieu (Christoph Waltz) and face off with Buckingham (Orlando Bloom) and the treacherous Milady (Milla Jovovich). The action adventure is given a state of the art update in 3-D.
Based on the seminal adventure story of the same name by Alexandre Dumas, The Three Musketeers has been adapted for the silver screen ad nauseum. Will Anderson be able to pump new life and originality into his version of The Three Musketeers? Well, it will be in 3D…how very fresh.
