While Marvel Studios has yet to offer any official indication of when exactly the first trailer for Avengers 4 will be dropping, much of the internet no longer sees it as a matter of debate that this footage will be coming out before the end of the month, leaving only the question of which particular day this long-awaited launch could happen.
We’ve heard various fans and sources plead their case for the most likely date, and now YouTube channel The Cosmic Wonder has stepped in to say their piece, arguing as others have argued before that Wednesday, November 28th, is looking like a pretty good guess. The channel’s specific line of reasoning concerns the special Q&A screening of Avengers: Infinity War held by directors Anthony and Joe Russo on this particular day.
It’s observed that the event is looking to be a pretty grand evening held at Hollywood’s Cinerama Dome, suggesting that this won’t be just another case of the Russo Brothers making a few observations about their seven-month-year-old movie then exiting before they can give away any Avengers 4 details. Between this and the fact that the first Infinity War trailer also came out on the final Wednesday of November, we’re looking at the 28th as a pretty strong candidate.
Of course, the internet still has its alternative suggestions, with one rumor alleging that the trailer is set to premiere during Monday Night Football on November 26th. And with the latest Dumbo preview coming out a little earlier than expected, there’s even been some speculation that the Marvel teaser might arrive as soon as this week.
Evidently, things are still a little up in the air, but one date that’s been decided on for a while now is the release of Avengers 4 on May 3rd, 2019.
