Ever since he donned the leather jacket and grumbled down the phone with that by-now infamous dialogue, we’ve known that Liam Nesson’s Bryan Mills has a particular set of skills. Skills that make him a nightmare to people like you, me, and pretty much any human being who comes within ten feet of him that isn’t a family member.
Now, with Taken 3 looming on the horizon, that set of skills are primed to be put into use once again as Mills is forced to go on the run to protect the life of his daughter, and the latest snippet for the high-octane threequel pulls together a dozen of those moves to ring in the festive season. Because nothing says Christmas like Nesson kicking ass, right?
Bizarre, awkward and just a little bit bonkers, we’re not quite sure if the whole 12 Days of Christmas stint fits the mould of Taken 3, but hey, whatever gets you through the festive season.
Taken 3 will hope to wrap up the franchise in style when it blasts onto the scene on January 9, 2015. In the meantime, you can share your own thoughts on the film’s latest clip in the comments section below.
Liam Neeson returns as ex-covert operative Bryan Mills, whose reconciliation with his ex-wife is tragically cut short when she is brutally murdered. Consumed with rage, and framed for the crime, he goes on the run to evade the relentless pursuit of the CIA, FBI and the police. For one last time, Mills must use his “particular set of skills,” to track down the real killers, exact his unique brand of justice, and protect the only thing that matters to him now – his daughter.
