Deadshot (Will Smith)
Like Batman, Deadshot walks a fine line – the difference is that Deadshot generally comes down on the side of killing people for money. He’s a conflicted supervillain, however, and is largely motivated by his love for his daughter.
Deadshot is also known as Floyd Lawton, and as a boy, he accidentally shot his brother to death. The long-term ramifications of this are the development of almost superhuman aiming skills, and a very clear and obvious death wish. In addition to being the most accurate marksman in the world, Deadshot has no regard for life – especially his own. This makes him deeply unpredictable in battle.
He is a longtime rival of Batman, having once tried to oust him as primary vigilante of Gotham. Having failed at this, Deadshot tried to take over the criminal underworld – which led to his incarceration by the Dark Knight and the Gotham police. This places him directly at odds with Batman, as well as his fellow Squad members. He does, however, become a grudging ally of Harley Quinn.
