John Wick: Chapter 4 has been the biggest and most successful entry in the franchise so far as the latest film raked in over $400 million at the box office, making much more than its predecessors. It also sits at an impressive 94% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes, making it the most positively reviewed out of the four films as well.
The most recent installment sees Keanu Reeves return as the titular character who must face off against former allies and new enemies in his mission to eliminate the High Table. For those who have yet to see it, there has never been a better time to watch it, because it’s now available for digital purchase.
As of today, John Wick: Chapter 4 is now purchasable on certain streaming platforms. Although it will still be a while until it comes to subscription services like Netflix and Peacock. Right now, if you’re in the U.S. and you’ve got 20 dollars spare, the best place to get your hands on a digital copy of Chapter 4 is either on Prime Video, iTunes, the Google Play store or YouTube TV. All offer the same price of $19.99 to buy the digital download.
The theatrical release is currently available, but Amazon also offers the bonus X-Ray edition which offers videos, photo galleries and trivia via Amazon’s X-Ray. It’s the same price regardless, so if you want to know a bit more about the film, there’s an option for you.
Sadly, if you’re in the U.K., you’ll have to wait a little longer, as there’s only an option to pre-order the digital copy for £13.99 in HD and £11.99 in SD right now. It won’t be available to watch until May 29 on whatever service you purchased it on.
Pretty much most streaming services that offer purchase options for digital downloads will have Chapter 4, but right now you have to pay for it. If you can’t wait until next month to buy it on DVD/Blu-ray, then the digital download options will be a great way to experience the absolute carnage that is John Wick.
