Last month, Bryan Singer revealed that one of X-Men: Apocalypse‘s biggest moments (a homage of sorts to his original X-Men movies) is actually going to end up being spoiled in the trailer. However, the director worryingly mentioned at the time that that trailer wouldn’t actually be released for another six months. Surely we won’t be waiting until next year for our first look at this highly anticipated release?!
Thankfully not, if a new Instagram post from Singer is any indication. As many fans suspected when he made those comments, it seems as if the director was referring to the first full-length trailer and not the teaser.
[zerg]The X-Men: Apocalypse trailer shown at Comic-Con actually leaked online, so this teaser won’t technically be our first look at what’s to come, but it will still be nice to get something official to pore over after the sporadic release of images and new details from the movie which have surfaced online since then.
It’s hard to say when we’ll get this X-Men: Apocalypse preview then, but Spectre, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens are all possibilities for what it may end up debuting in front of. For now, we’ll have to wait and see, but thank goodness it’s finally on the way, eh?
