Audien is back with a new single, following up on such efforts as his collaboration with Lady Antebellum on “Something Better” and remix work like his recent flip of Halsey’s “Colors.” For his latest release, Audien enlisted up and comer Deb’s Daughter on a melodic dance pop song titled “Crazy Love.”
The producer’s new single features an accessible sound with uplifting vibes and soulful radio friendly lyrics that focus on a whirlwind romance. “Crazy Love” opens with a gentle synth progression with light percussive flourishes. The rhythms on the new song bounce back and forth between half time trap style beats and driving four on the floor material that powers the drops, alongside offbeat synth stabs and chopped up vocal melodies.
While fans looking for more material in the vein of “Hindsight” may be left wanting with the new single, Audien delivers a solid effort on “Crazy Love” that sees him pushing his musical boundaries to great success.
“Crazy Love” is available now and can be purchased here.
