Bobby Puma‘s been on the rise in recent months, and his new track demonstrates why. The LA-based DJ/producer has proven himself capable of putting out the tasteful sort of future house that even underground purists can appreciate, and “Come Alive” featuring Desiree Dawson is no exception.
A rubbery bass line underscore’s Dawson’s breathy vocals before subtle instrumentals provide a more ambient accompaniment for a segment of the arrangement. Keen attention to production quality is evident throughout, making it an ideal track for beachside sunrise sets.
In any event, “Come Alive” is leaps and bounds ahead of Bobby Puma’s Tiësto collaboration, “Making Me Dizzy.” With any luck, he’ll be able to leave the latter track in the rearview mirror now that festival season’s in full swing.
Bobby Puma‘s “Come Alive” is out now by way of Armada Deep.
