Boehm has wracked up massive support from many of electronic music’s biggest artists since his debut last year, and he’s now added another name to his list. Former Krewella DJ/producer Rain Man is putting out a remix series for his Dim Mak debut, “Bring Back The Summer,” and the Bucharest melodic house up-and-comer has contributed the strongest of the lot.
The warm vibe of “Bring Back The Summer” is preserved in Boehm’s remix, but its chill trap rhythms are substituted for a four-four beat. A reverberant bass line underscores Oly’s radio-friendly vocals, with its pitched-up samples rearranged in a vaguely tropical melody.
At his current trajectory, Boehm is bound to release plenty more heaters over the course of the 2016 festival season. Until he does, however, listen to his remix of Rain Man’s “Bring Back The Summer” above and pay a visit to the comments section below to let us know what you think of it.
