The Forbes annual list of Electronic Cash Kings is here, revealing that Scottish DJ Calvin Harris is once again the world’s top earning EDM star. Though his earnings dropped $3 million from last year, Harris still cracked the top of the list for the fourth year running with $63 million in earnings.
Next up at the number two spot is Tiësto with $38 million in earnings, followed by David Guetta at $28 million. The rest of the list is populated with dance music’s most well known figures, including Skrillex, Diplo, Zedd, Martin Garrix and more.
Collectively, dance music’s top earners raked in a whopping $270.5 million, though don’t get to excited about that figure; according to Forbes, that represents the first time in four years that figure has dropped below the previous year.
