UK based festival Creamfields has just announced their first headlining act for 2017, revealing that deadmau5 and Eric Prydz will be collaborating for an exclusive live show. Both acts have played at the festival on numerous occasions, but next year’s festival will represent their first performance together in the UK.
deadmau5 and Eric Prydz stunned fans earlier in the year with their collaborative performance at Tomorrowland, which saw the two producers delivering a live show complete with synths and analog gear. The Canadian producer had previously hinted at the possibility of more performances with Prydz following the warm reception of their set at Tomorrowland, and news of their slot at Creamfields does not disappoint.
Creamfields is scheduled to run from August 24-27 in Cheshire, with Eric Prydz and deadmau5 set to headline the Steel Yard on Friday, August 25 for what will be their only European show of 2017.
In addition to the newly announced headliners, Creamfields is expected to reveal a massive lineup for their upcoming 20th anniversary event, with the full roster arriving in February. Stay tuned for more updates then, and head here to secure tickets for the event.
