Few dance music producers have managed to achieve the level of commercial success DJ Snake has enjoyed since 2014, when he teamed up with Lil Jon on the juggernaut of a hit “Turn Down For What.” In just a few years, Snake has managed to score a total of five platinum singles in a row, proving his worth as a bonafide hit maker with appeal for dance music audiences and mainstream pop fans alike.
The Parisian producer has been teasing his debut studio for a while now, and fans will rejoice in the news that his first full length effort will be dropping sooner than expected. Taking to social media today, DJ Snake revealed that his upcoming album, dubbed Encore, is set for release in just a few short weeks, on August 5.

Other details surrounding the effort, such as a tracklist or featured collaborations, have yet to surface, but it’s safe to say that Encore will be a massive release. The album format seems to be enjoying a renewed sense of appreciation in dance music, so we’re naturally excited to see what DJ Snake has in store for his first full length record.
