Martin Garrix Helps Get Fan To His Show In Amsterdam

With the commencement of Amsterdam Dance Event, Martin Garrix has been busy unleashing a steady stream of new releases. The producer promised to drop seven new tracks over seven days, and so far we've been treated to "Hold On And Believe," "Spotless" with Jay Hardway, as well as "WIEE" and "Sun Is Never Going Down." As if that weren't enough to prove that the Dutch DJ loves his fans, Garrix just stepped up to the plate with another major giveaway.

With the commencement of Amsterdam Dance Event, Martin Garrix has been busy unleashing a steady stream of new releases. The producer promised to drop seven new tracks over seven days, and so far we’ve been treated to “Hold On And Believe,” “Spotless” with Jay Hardway, as well as “WIEE” and “Sun Is Never Going Down.” As if that weren’t enough to prove that the Dutch DJ loves his fans, Garrix just stepped up to the plate with another major giveaway.

A fan by the name of Chris McPhadden had purchased tickets to see Garrix perform during ADE, only to later realize he didn’t have the funds to purchase air fare to the major festival. He initially decided to give the tickets away for free, but ultimately opted to reach out on Twitter for help.

The fan’s plea on social media caught the attention of the “Animals” producer, who offered to fly McPhadden from Dublin to Amsterdam and back home again. It’s a classy move from the young DJ, who’s gone the extra mile this week to prove just how much he cares about the people who have made his career possible.
